A feminized male does a bad job of trying to pass for female. In spite of wearing makeup, women’s clothes, and breast implants, he doesn’t really look female at all. He’s not doing a good job of cross-dressing, and neither is he doing a good job of pleasing Mistress Irene and her two assistants.
